Do you service all brands of bikes? And...
Do you work on all brands of E-Bikes?
We are happy to work on any brand of bikes in need of mechanical service, so bring them in!
As for E-Bikes, we will work on any Bosch and Shimano E-Bike system! Any other brand we do not have diagnostic tools or parts to be able to repair them.
Do you price match?
Yes we do! If you find an item we carry in the shop at a lower price, we will match it.
***The item must be the exact same item - example: same size, color, version, etc. We will not match a blue helmet in shop to a green helmet price online.
Do You have Demo Skis?
We have a rad inventory of demo ski's to choose from. If you're not sure what ski you are looking to invest in, come and try a pair out, and then another, and another until you find the one's that feel right . We will apply the money from up to 3 demo's days to your purchase. (Maximum $150)
Do you offer full boot fitting?
Yes! We have certified boot fitters in house and can assist you in making sure your boot doesn't hold you back from living your best life on the slopes.
Do you Sell Cross Country Skis as well?
Yes we do. We have a great range of ski's to choose from. We have a Certified Nordic coach on staff who is here to make sure your gear fits you properly allowing you to get maximum fun out of our trail system.
Do You sell Fat Bikes?
Yes we sell bikes for all seasons.
Can you tell me if my bike is a good fit?
Yes we can! We have a great staff on hand that can help ge you situated, from a basic fit down to the finer details like stem heighthandle bar width, and anything else you may need.
Do you service bike shocks and suspension?
Yes, but only to a point. We will do everything we can to service and repair your shock in store. If we cannot do it here, we will send it to a specialized service center here in BC to get the work done. Turnaround time can vary but is usually around 2 weeks.
Do I get free service on my bike if I buy it from you?
You bet! If you purchase a bike from us, you will get free Check-Ups on it for a year.
***Please note that Check-Ups do not include parts or Tune-Up level repairs.***

We have a great selection of brands available. If we do not have anything on the floor we can check in to getting something ordered for you! The list includes:
